Sofiyska Voda AD will ensure continuity of important administratives services for its clients with pre-scheduled working hours

A dedicated space will be organized in the Customer Service Center (CSC) in Business Park Sofia from Monday, 30 March 2020 (the entrance is from Al. Malinov Blvd.). Available hours to get an appointment will be from 08:00 to 17:00 h excluding the period between 12:00 to 13:00 dedicated to disinfection of the office spaces
 
Only the technical services listed below and the conclusion of deferred payment agreements will be delivered.
 
In order to ensure the safety of our customers and employees while observing the instructions of the Minister of Health, Kiril Ananiev, and the Sofia Mayor, Yordanka Fandakova, the visits will be possible only at an hour booked in advance on phone number +359 884 309 330 or via e-mail:

The technical services available:
 
-          Issuing of initial data for design of water and sewer service connections (only in case initial data have been issued for the property within the previous 12 months);

-          Reissuing of initial data for design due to an expired period of validity or any urban development changes (only in case initial data have been issued for the property within the previous 12 months);

-          Approval of a detailed design for water or sewer service connection;

-          Approval of a standard detailed design for water or sewer service connection;

-          Approval of designs for street water mains and facilities;  

-          Approval of designs for street sewers, trunk sewers and facilities;
 
-          Statement on internal conversion regarding water or sewer service connection;

-          Conclusion of a connection agreement under art.84 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA).
 
In order to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees, we call on all customers to wear masks during their visits to the service center. 
 
Only POS terminal payment of the services will be possible in order to ensure minimum contact between the customers and employees of Sofiyska Voda AD. No reports or ensure payments under separate accounts will be provided.
