Change in the deadlines of the issued prescriptions

In the context of extended state of emergency, Sofiyska Voda has extended for a further one month (30 calendar days) the deadline for the fulfilment of all prescriptions issued so far, for which it has not expired yet.

The changed deadline is valid for:
- Replacement/installation/check of individual water meters;
- Sealing of individual water meters;
- Installation/replacement of non-return valves;
- Installation of individual water meters in the right direction;
- The announced free of charge period for online change of an account through the company website also remains valid until the end of the declared state of emergency.
