All Customer Service Centers of Sofiyska Voda return to working hours in accordance with the COVID response measures

Sofiyska Voda reopens all of its customer service centers (CSC) with shortened working hours.
 
The Customer Service Center in MegaMall, Lyulin r.q. and in the building of the Architecture and Urban Planning Directorate will work with customer during the following working hours:

CSC in Megamall, Lulin r.q.: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with breaks from 12:30 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 15:30 for disinfection of the premises. Payments will be accepted only until 5.45 p.m.

CSC in the building of the Architecture and Urban Planning Directorate: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., with breaks from 12:30 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 15:30 for disinfection of the premises. Payments will be accepted only until 5.15 p.m.

NB! This CSC serves only technical requests for connection to the water and sewer network.
