“MY WATER” Mobile application and how can I use it

The mobile application of Sofiyska Voda, part of Veolia, provides a quick and direct link to your personal profile. Thus our customers may now monitor their account balance at any time and have access to all invoices issued over the last two years. For added convenience, the monthly water consumption is presented in the form of a table and can easily be compared with previous periods. 

Every month, My Water app sends a reminder that you may submit self-readings for your property, thus guaranteeing that the actually consumed water volumes will be recorded in the water invoice. 

You may download My Water app from AppStore or Google Play on your mobile phone.
