Sofiyska Voda, part of Veolia, provides different ways of secure and convenient cashless payment of the water bills. The services are part of the company’s strategy towards digitalization, facilitation of the customers and saving of their time. The platform allows the selection of a payment option with or without registration on the company’s website. 

Sofiyska Voda is the first utility operator to introduce this type of payment. The customer needs only to enter his/her customer number and select one or more bills; it could be used for one or several properties and it allows partial payments of current bills.
