Sofiyska Voda, part of Veolia, held a public consultation with the customers on Business Plan 2022-2026 on 31 August 2023, at 10:00 am, through the Zoom platform.

Vasil Trenev, Executive Director, Stanislav Stanev, Deputy Executive Director, Lyubomir Filipov, Strategic Partnerships and Regulation Director, participated in the consultation.

They presented a report on the work carried out during the elapsed regulatory period and a detailed plan for the next period.

The Business Plan of Sofiyska Voda is to be submitted to the Sofia Municipal Council for discussion and vote, as well as to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.
By holding the public consultation with the customers, Sofiyska Voda complied with the provisions of art. 26, par. 1, it. 1 of the Ordinance on the Regulation of the Quality of WSS Services, letter “b”.
