Sofiyska Voda’s team embarks on the mission to help our four-legged fellow citizens during the hot days

26.07.2023

On another scorching day, we launched the campaign “Sofia’s Water for All Sofia citizens”, which is intended to help our four-legged fellow citizens during the hot days. As a natural continuation of our initiative “Water Without Packaging”, this year we participate in a large-scale good deed – to help all four-legged Sofia citizens stay hydrated and survive in the suffocating heat because they are unable to do it themselves.

It is a well-known fact that if dogs and cats do not consume water at regular intervals, they can get dehydrated, which can damage their health. In order to draw attention to this issue, we are calling to all supporters of the initiative to help a homeless dog or cat by filling a water bowl and serve as an example through our channels on Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibility to society and the environment is a key priority for Sofiyska Voda AD, part of Veolia. Therefore, the creation of the campaign “Sofia’s Water for All Sofia Citizens” is yet another expression of our commitment to be available and helpful to all, including homeless cats and dogs needing support in extreme summer temperatures.
Get inspired through our profiles on Facebook and Instagram and participate in the series of games prepared by us. Continue the good deed by serving with your own example, and of course: stay hydrated during the hot days with a cup of water without packaging.
